If you are born again Christian, born from God, you will read the Word of God, and you will understand the secrets of the Kingdom of God. If you are not born again, you will ‘miss the train’.
What a privilege God has granted us, to grasp the spiritual laws and principles of the things of God, and to the Lord Jesus we give glory and thanks for that!
We should never need to wonder, what does this or that means, when we read the Word of God, because we have One, on the inside of us, who has promised to make us know the truth, his truth, the Holy Spirit.
If we are puzzled, and do not understand, it is because of us, and not because of Him, or because He does not teach us. He does, but for one reason or another, we just do not grasp it.
Jesus has already said, that our eyes see, and our ears hear. Read Matthew 13:16. That is, our spiritual eyes see, the things from the Holy Spirit, the things from God, and our spiritual ears hear, the things from the Kingdom of Heaven. That is we know, the secrets of the Kingdom of God.
Let Us Study the Bible 
Each one of us has been predestined in relation to the Word of God and to whether we believe in Him or not but the greatest desire of our Heavenly Father is for all people to be saved. May God have mercy on everyone to hear the true Gospel, repent and accept the Lord Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour and be saved!! God bless
